Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery date. Special orders cannot be exchanged. Item must have original tags and hygienic liner attached. Suits that are washed, worn, stained or soiled will not be exchanged. Prior to exchange you must call for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) which must be clearly printed on the box in order for us to accept package. We must receive item within 10 days of when the RA # was issued.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise ordered is damaged or defective we will exchange it at no charge. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs.
Care Instructions
All Betty Bangs suits can be worn in pool or salt water but are not intended for long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water.
To preserve their brilliance, all suits should be hand washed in cool water with a gentle soap and laid flat to dry.
